Two weeks ago we started Test Set Tuesdays. The basic premise is that we have four different test sets. We will do one per week every Tuesday. After the fourth Tuesday, we will start the cycle over. Test set #1 is a kick set, #2 is a sprint freestyle set, #3 is a distance freestyle set, and #4 is an IM set. We will see our progression through the season illustrated with these test sets! Test Set #1 - Kick
For our kick test set we do 100m flutter kick, and 100m breaststroke kick for time.

Test Set #2 - Sprint Freestyle
For our sprint freestyle test set, we race 50m freestyle. We try to do a couple of 50's each for time, and the best one is recorded for our results.
